GENERAL
Aspects
In accordance with the Institutional Project, Universidad Industrial de Santander seeks to hire professors with strong human qualities, work capacity, and academic and educational excellence, who are committed to continuous professional development in both disciplinary and pedagogical aspects, thereby strengthening and enhancing the educational work.
Anyone aspiring to be a professor at UIS must register for the call for professors to expand the pool of eligible candidates. Following this, they must submit their resume, which will allow them to view the available profiles and, ultimately, select the positions for which they wish to apply.

According to the schedule of the call, each applicant will be able to view the selection process results on the University’s website.
Professionals included in the pool of eligible tenured professors will remain in the pool for up to three (3) years.
The professor to be hired must be selected from the pool of eligible candidates, considering the profile’s specific characteristics and the academic program’s needs.
Professionals included in the pool of eligible candidates and hired by the academic units will conduct their teaching activities in person.

You must enter the system with your credentials of new versions, in case you do not remember the username and/or password please contact the extension 2635 – email rsi.mda19@uis.edu.co or 2638 – email rsi.mda6@uis.edu.co to save your entry to the system.

Users
1. Registation
When you access the system, click on the “Registro” (Register) button located below the instructions and fill in the required fields with your information.
2. Change Password
The registered email will receive a notification informing the assigned username and the login link; You will need to enter the link to change the password.
3. Resume Module
Once you enter the information system, you will show the main menu of Human Resources and then you must select Human Talent/Resume/My Resume where you must register with your information.
4. Registration
At the end of the resume registration, the system will enable the Personnel Administration option, where the active calls will be displayed and you will be able to register for the profile or profiles to which you wish to apply.
NOTE 1: If you have not had any type of relationship with the UIS, you must register to obtain a username and password to access the system to register for the call.
NOTE 2: To register for the profiles of the call, you must follow the following route in the system: Human Talent / Personnel Administration / Chair / Call for Professors / Registration Teacher Profile.
NOTE 3: Remember to check registered profiles to confirm your registration for the call.
