Considerations
In accordance with the Institutional Project, Universidad Industrial de Santander is interested in hiring professors with human qualities, work capacity and academic and educational excellence, who assume the commitment to continuous professional development, both in disciplinary aspects and in pedagogical competences, strengthening and energizing the educational task.

Any person who aspires to be a professor or professor of the UIS must register in the call for professors to expand the bank of eligible; Next, you must register the resume, which will enable you the option to consult the profiles summoned, so that, finally, you choose those to which you wish to register.
In accordance with the schedule of the call, each applicant will be able to consult the results of the selection process on the University’s website.
Professionals who enter the bank as eligible for professors will remain in the bank for up to a term of three (3) years.
The professional who is going to be hired as a professor must be selected from the bank of eligible, taking into account the characteristics of the profile and the needs of the academic program.
The professionals who enter the bank of eligible and are hired by the academic units will develop the teaching activities in person.
