  • April 21 – 27 – Registration on the web page by clicking on the Registration button of the call, button: Registration.

  • April 28 – Submission of the completed institutional resume format to all registered candidates. Please note that this form must include the participant’s supporting documents.
  • May 05 – Return of the resume form duly filled out with the supports and attached files by the participants.
  • May 06 – 12 – Verification of requirements and evaluation of resumes.

INSTITUTIONAL

  • May 15 (after 2:00 p.m.) – Publication of the list of applicants summoned to take the IL UIS Institutional Proficiency Test. This summons is sent by e-mail to the applicants.

  • May 16 – Receipt of appeals for reconsideration (1 working day to file the appeal).
  • May 15 – 17 – Updating of curriculum vitae in the Instituto de Lenguas system for teacher-instructor applicants.
  • May 18 (in the morning) – Administration of the IL UIS in-person Institutional Proficiency Test to candidates.

MICRO-TEACHING

  • May 25 (after 2:00 p.m.) – Publication of the list of those summoned to the sample class (microteaching session). This summons is sent by e-mail to each candidate.
  • May 26 to June 2 – Submission of the sample class (Mini-class) by the candidate according to the instructions provided.
  • June 5 – 7 – Evaluation of the micro-teaching session.

  • June 8 – Sending of interview summons.
  • June 9 and 13 – Applicant interviews.
  • June 16 – Publication of the list of applicant that become part of the Eligible Applicant Group.
  • June 20 – Receipt of appeals for reconsideration (1 working day to file the appeal).
  • June 20 – 22 – Inclusions in the Eligible Applicant Group of the UIS Language Institute.
