    • The flexibility of the plan or the planned strategy to be appropriate to the reality of the interaction in the development of the teaching session.

    • The way in which it articulates various information, the interest in researching in sources other than what the teacher provides, the relationship of the subject treated with professional training in the domain of interest and depending on the commitment of the interlocutors with the world in which they live.

Prior to the development of the teaching session, the candidate must send the written proposal for a teaching session, defined as an alternative pedagogical and didactic action that aims to organize the teaching process to enhance learning and integral training. For this purpose, the written proposal must define theoretical bases of pedagogical, didactic and disciplinary order, from which previous knowledge is observed, teaching objectives and learning outcomes are established, classroom activities and didactic instruments are organized and related, in addition, the evaluation process is established.

The characteristics of the preparation of the written proposal of the teaching session will be the following: a maximum of 8,000 words, including bibliography, preferably Times New Roman font, 12 and APA Standards for citations and references.

The score awarded in the qualification of the resume will apply only for the purposes of the teaching contest. To determine the salary of enganche will apply the provisions of decree 1279 of 2002, which modifies, replaces, adds or replaces it.

If when qualifying the resume of an applicant, it is concluded that he does not meet any of the requirements to participate in the teaching contest or one of the requirements defined in the profile, the applicant will not continue in the process and therefore the qualification of his resume does not proceed.

The interview seeks to identify relevant aspects of the candidate: personality, ability to live in community, tolerance, attitude towards teaching, ethics, rigor for work in the discipline and ability to commit to their own personal, intellectual, professional and teaching development and institutional empathy.

The Evaluation Committee will count the total number of years or fractions of a year that each candidate accredits as experience and will be ordered from highest to lowest.

All the points established for this criterion will be assigned to the candidate who has the greatest number of years of experience. A proportional distribution will be made to allocate the points to the other candidates.  2 points per year of experience

The years of experience may not be less than those required in the defined profile and for accounting purposes the simultaneous experience will be taken into account only once.

  • Academic productivity:

The Evaluation Committee will evaluate the products certified by the candidate as established in article 10 of Decree 1279 of 2002, which modifies, replaces, adds or replaces it, and the total scores of the candidates will be ordered from highest to lowest. Only the productivity of the last 10 years will be taken into account.

If there is more than one candidate, all the points established for this criterion will be assigned to the candidate who has the highest score according to Decree 1279 of 2002, the one who modifies, replaces, adds or replaces it. A proportional distribution will be made to allocate the points to the other candidates.
