June 28 to July 11, 2023 – Registration on the website button in Registration of the Call, button: Registration.
July 12 to 13, 2023 -Review of registrants and sending the FTH-150 institutional resume format to registered candidates.
July 14 to 21, 2023 -Reception of FTH-150 resume format duly completed with the supports and attachments by the participants.
July 24 to 31, 2023 – Verification of compliance with requirements and assessment of resumes.

August 2, 2023 -Publication of the results of the verification of requirements and assessment of resume.
The citation is sent by email to candidates who are going to take the IL UIS institutional exam.
August 3, 2023 – Receipt of appeals for reversal (1 business day to file the appeal).
August 3 to 9, 2023 – Registration or update of resume in the academic system of the Institute of Languages (teaching aspirant – Institute of Languages)
August 11, 2023 – Administration of Institutional examination of competence to cited candidates.

August 22, 2023 – Publication of institutional exam results and list of summoned to sample class (Mini-class).
Email with instructions for the presentation of the mini class is sent to candidates who continue to the next stage.
August 23-28, 2023 – Reception or presentation of the sample class (mini-Class) according to the instructions provided.
August 29 to September 4, 2023 – Evaluation of the teaching session.

September 4, 2023 – Sending of summons to interview.
September 5-7, 2023 – Interviews with applicants.
September 12, 2023 – Publication of the list of candidates who become part of the Eligible Group.
September 13, 2023 – Receipt of appeals for reversal (1 business day to file the appeal).
September 13 to 15, 2023 – Sending email to applicants who passed all stages of the call and self-registration of RSI data and SIA platform.
September 18 to 19, 2023 – Inclusions in the Group of Eligible of the UIS Language Institute.
