Call
Introduction
The UIS Pedagogical Model21 asserts that for continuous improvement of the training process, educational research is imperative. To achieve this, the institution should motivate professors interested in driving changes in education, from either a disciplinary or higher education perspective, to develop research competencies. By doing so, they can enhance their own pedagogical practices and participate in communities of practice at local, regional, national, and international levels. Participation in academic and scientific events facilitates the socialization and integration of emerging technologies and methodologies in the educational sector.
This call aims to benefit UIS professors by offering them support to travel (nationally or internationally) to participate in educational events that emphasize the use of ICT resources as a means of pedagogical mediation. The objective is to promote mobility for UIS professors who have developed experiences to support educational processes using ICT tools in the context of higher education at Universidad Industrial de Santander.
